The excitement and joy hosting a wedding reception program is fulfillment for a wedding emcee. Running the show needs not flaunt how good you speak or how polished your diction is. How To - Important Wedding Checklist


WeddingPlanning is a turnabout to make things happen for big special day where hearts, souls and finances are put together in making a truthful dream a reality. Weddings are the most considered works found where preparations are many and only dedicated planner with time on his hand can pull off with results.
For the Future Bride and Groom
v Seek a refuge to ask yourself if you want to tie the knot and if deep within you, the flame burns. I mean, the love for both of you. Never cheat your feeling. And this is the door for things to happen.
v When you are decided to be together for the rest of your lives, get the blessing through marriage.
v Getting into the wedding plan requires resources, of course. See if you can pull resources for a budget and list what needs be.

v Look for a reception venue near the church, favorably for convenience of the guests.
v Think of a motif that fits your personality, if you want to be a bit different.
v List your desired members of the entourage.
v Scout for photography and video works. Compare. Compare. Compare. They are many to choose from.
v If catered, look for best deal a caterer can offer, the rate, the amenities, menu where you can have some taste of it to decide later. It is not necessary if it is a big named caterer or not. All caterers almost offer the same. Their rates differ and that you have to consider.
v I know the bride is particular about her gown. Gown is expensive. Here in the Philippines, you have options. You can rent, you can have a couturier or buy from the famous place (Divisoria) where they come affordably but amazingly made looking a million-dollar piece. I tell you.
v For souvenirs, you can have them made, or do yourselves testing such creativity to cut budget. You don’t have to worry, they are many to choose from.
v Your invites can be made by you or from a printer shop. If you have the time, office publisher or office word has ready templates to present you stand-out wedding invitation cards. Work out your ingenuity to lessen expenses.
v If both are busy and you have extra budget, hire a wedding planner to do the rest of the works like follow-ups, sharing wedding tips and ideas, dealing with some suppliers or scouting for other wedding needs. But the greater works are from the church and reception where all preparations are put where glitzes are nil because of wedding planning expertise.
v Wedding music is an integral part of any wedding ceremony and reception. Hiring musicians and someone to do the vocals add pizzazz to the event.
v A wedding reception program host is vital to run the program prepared by the couple. You can ask a relative or friend who is keen to such task to run the show to the end, if any. You can also hire a professional wedding event host when nobody among your relatives or friends are able.
v A budget is called adding a mobile bar or for photo-booth sessions. They are in these days but just options when you have enough budget to splurge.
v Or you can hire a Professional Disc Jockey for dancing after the program. The rest stays and make the most of the time to celebrate for a grand day.

Intimate Wedding - Experience by Augustine Music and Events


An afternoon wedding set for two lovely couple where friends and relatives came despite the rain on a Tuesday. When the ceremony started, the rain stopped for added comfort for those who came a little late when the bride had her walk with the song of Taylor Swift played on a CD. The church choir did the mass songs during the ceremony and for the pictorials, the Augustine Music and Events musicians rendered some songs and music.

Allen and Aira were indeed happy celebrating their wedding with close relatives and friends in  the beautiful church of Our Lady of Consolacion Parish in Tierra Pura, Quezon City. This is one place where serenity is found, especially weddings.

The reception is adjacent from church. The Bulwagang Recoletos can seat 200 guests when all rooms are opened. It is intended for small group divided into three rooms but you can occupy the whole hall, if desired. Wedding reception here offers convenience for guests and just steps lead you to a well-maintained venue really intended for various functions of any kind – weddings, debut, birthdays and seminars.

The couple opted for simple music with just a piano and flute with a wedding singer and program host. They had special guest during the reception who played two classical music with his violin. Guests who offer special numbers during the reception add spice to the festivity and more to the delight of the couple, for sure. The violinist added glitz.

The Reyes and Gulpeo wedding is another experience for us performers or we can say dedicated wedding musicians doing the best we can no matter what. We also accept the fact that at times we falter with the work we do but foremost in our minds is to contribute gaiety to an affair with the brand of music we share. WE DON’T INTEGRATE ALL WEDDING SERVICES IN ONE PACKAGE BUT CONCENTRATE WHAT WE DO BEST AND PREPARING A WEDDING IS A TASK NEEDS INOLVEMENT AND TIME. TOGETHER WITH FRIENDS IN THE FIELD OF MUSIC WE COMBINE THE PACKAGE WITH WEDDING MUSICIANS AROUND TO EASE A LITTLE BURDEN FROM THE COUPLE’S PREPARATIONS. AND MANAGES THE WEDDING RECEPTION PROGRAM FOR WE ARE A GROUP BEING COMFORTABLE WITH EACH OTHER. 

WORKING HAND-IN-HAND WITH PEOPLE YOU KNOW MAKES THE REALIZATION THAT THERE WE ARE DOING WHAT WAS TALKED AND DISCUSSED AS SHARED IDEAS GATHERED FOR A FINALITY OF WHAT IS THE BEST THING DONE. STILL, WE KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN AS WE GO ON WITH OUR ASSIGNED TASK. 

LATELY, WE HAD A GRAND TIME WITH A COUPLE WHO ARE DOCTORS AND THEY WERE SO NICE TO DEAL WITH. THEY ARE COMFORTABLE TO BE AROUND WITH DESPITE THEIR HECTIC SCHEDULES BEING IN THE MEDICINE FIELD AND WE TRIED TO ADJUST HOW THEY TIMED THEIR NEEDED INFORMATION AND FOR US TO IMPLEMENT AFTER HEARING WHAT WE SUGGESTED. THE HEAD COORDINATOR, CARMELITA LUPATO ACCEPTED THE PLAN FROM BOTH THROUGH THE HELP OF THE THREE OTHER COORDINATORS WHO ARE DEDICATED TO MAKE THINGS EASY FOR EVERYBODY. AND THEY ENJOY WHAT THEY DO, MOST IMPORTANTLY CONSIDERED. 

MUSIC FOR US COUNTS AS SPECIAL CONSIDERATION TO MAKE A WEDDING CELEBRATION WORTH THE WHILE. IT IS A SPICE THAT SPELLS MAGIC IN AN UNIMAGINABLE WAY, HARD TO EXPLAIN BUT THERE IT IS MAKING A CELEBRATION SHORT OF A MIRACLE. IT IS AN INGREDIENT TO A WEDDING FOR A FULLER TASTE.
