WE DON’T INTEGRATE ALL WEDDING SERVICES IN ONE PACKAGE BUT CONCENTRATE WHAT WE DO BEST AND PREPARING A WEDDING IS A TASK NEEDS INOLVEMENT AND TIME. TOGETHER WITH FRIENDS IN THE FIELD OF MUSIC WE COMBINE THE PACKAGE WITH WEDDING MUSICIANS AROUND TO EASE A LITTLE BURDEN FROM THE COUPLE’S PREPARATIONS. AND MANAGES THE WEDDING RECEPTION PROGRAM FOR WE ARE A GROUP BEING COMFORTABLE WITH EACH OTHER.

THEY ARE COMFORTABLE TO BE AROUND WITH DESPITE THEIR HECTIC SCHEDULES BEING IN THE MEDICINE FIELD AND WE TRIED TO ADJUST HOW THEY TIMED THEIR NEEDED INFORMATION AND FOR US TO IMPLEMENT AFTER HEARING WHAT WE SUGGESTED. THE HEAD COORDINATOR, CARMELITA LUPATO ACCEPTED THE PLAN FROM BOTH THROUGH THE HELP OF THE THREE OTHER COORDINATORS WHO ARE DEDICATED TO MAKE THINGS EASY FOR EVERYBODY. AND THEY ENJOY WHAT THEY DO, MOST IMPORTANTLY CONSIDERED. 

MUSIC FOR US COUNTS AS SPECIAL CONSIDERATION TO MAKE A WEDDING CELEBRATION WORTH THE WHILE. IT IS A SPICE THAT SPELLS MAGIC IN AN UNIMAGINABLE WAY, HARD TO EXPLAIN BUT THERE IT IS MAKING A CELEBRATION SHORT OF A MIRACLE. IT IS AN INGREDIENT TO A WEDDING FOR A FULLER TASTE.

HOW TO: WEDDING PLANNING | WEDDING MUSIC | WEDDING SONGS BY AUGUSTINE MUSIC AND EVENTS

The wedding at Christ The King and reception at the Tivoli Royale was ably planned by wedding coordinators of Augustine Music and Events with the participation of outstanding wedding musicians of Philippines making the event worth remembering.

All activities at the church were managed by the wedding planners, attending, too to some guests need assisting and made sure that everything run the smoothest. When the ceremony was done, two planners were assigned to attend for the seating arrangements with another coordinator assisting guests were their tables were. Their were 250 guests to managed and with proper handling, the show was run right.

I hosted the wedding program with the wedding coordinators guiding me all the way to make my rituals follow the way the couple wanted to happen – bridal entourage were assembled to descend from the spiral stairs for the presentation, glasses with wine were ready when the ceremonial toast was about to happen, guests per table were assisted for the pictorial with the couple before going to the banquet table, single ladies and single guys were gathered for the game where next groom and bride in the future were chosen.

The music was carefully chosen by the couple that speaks of their taste and during their first dance, a popular old song was rendered. The lyrics speak of how much they love each other as they had their ceremonial wedding dance.

The tandem of the coordinators and musicians of Augustine Music and Evens will always be remembered because we see to it that our services are ably performed at par by dedicated wedding coordinators and planners with Philippine musicians who always stand out because of their passion for music.

WEDDING COORDINATOR PHILIPPINES - CARMELITA LUPATO


Supposedly, it was a garden ceremony but the rain prevented the plan on December 19, 2011 scheduled for a 3:30 pm wedding. The ceremony took place at The Lounge where the reception was set. A little arrangement did the trick to do it inside the venue.

The wedding planner did a simple lay-out to make everybody comfortable because it is a small venue good for 100 guests without extra fixes for more movements. Also, the seat plan was organized so that after the ceremony they were there on the same spot where they were supposed to sit.

An improvised altar was done with the flowers all around for beauty and color and the wedding coordinator saw that they were placed properly.

The wedding musicians were positioned in a place where they could move easily for their performances and when the ceremony started did splendid musical expertise as expected from the members of AUGUSTINE MUSIC AND EVENTS for an American-Filipina Wedding.

WEDDING PLANNING PHILIPPINES - AUGUSTINE MUSIC AND EVENTS


Pressures are normal when preparing a wedding but a little help from an extended hand will ease the burden for the soon-to-be couple after all plans are made by both. Preparations are tantamount to accepting creative solutions from those who will be involved with your big day.

Wedding pressures will be nil if preparations are done. And when I address wedding preparations I mean every considerations are matted out, discussed and acted the very first instance when you feel it's right. Wedding preparations are more of the intuitive side because you know what is right for both of you and considering to go with it.

The very first that comes to mind for a husband and wife to be is the budget. From there after discussing how much this and that then you served the first step.

This determines how they will go about their wedding. There they will discuss the motif. There they will talk about guest list. They will talk about where the ceremony will take place. It is also paramount that they will consider food service whether catered or not. From there they will make a list of suppliers needed for their wedding.

It is worth considering the date and time of ceremony and when finalized there is no stopping you. You will then scout for reception venue considering the proximity from the ceremonial ground.

Then, I know you will be building your guest list. Of course, foremost on your minds will be the principal sponsors and members to form the wedding entourage. You will now think about the dress motif for your day. You will discuss if you will take care of the bridal entourage accouterments.

It is now your schedule to look for an imagined bridal gown to compare. Maybe you have vignette on mind and the chance for a creation is from the experts. It is your choice and taste that matters.

When your preparations are half-done, for sure you will take care of the requirements needed for a wedding. You need to get schedule for the family planning seminar which is a requirement before you can acquire your marriage license that expires after three months. You can demand from your coordinator but not from your friend or relative. But a little help from a friend is a plus.

If you are resolved to have a seat plan then hand the details to your coordinator and have it followed to the T. That is your plan and it has to be complied the way you want it done.

At least, fifteen days before your wedding let all details attended by the coordinator and communicated to you every now and then. Just stay home and get lots of rest, pamper yourself and indulge into healthy food and get plenty of exercise so that radiance be yours on your wedding day.
